Plan: Acquire knowledge on avoiding dangerous situations Live in a hygienic environment Have basic needs (shelter, food, clean water, clothing) Live in a first world/developed country OBJECTIVE 1: HAVE A PROPER LIVING ENVIRONMENT

Plan: Acquire sustainable income to provide for a proper shelter for you and your family Have money to afford surgeries/medications that will help you live a longer life Have a good paying job and stable income after retirement Get a good education to be able to find a good job OBJECTIVE 2: HAVE WEALTH

Plan: Have physical health Maintain a healthy weight Do not have any bad habits (i.e. smoking, drinking, drugs) Eat healthy foods, maintain a balanced diet, increase antioxidants (i.e. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water) Stay active, exercise more Do regular self examinations/check-ups OBJECTIVE 3: LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Plan: Have mental health Be optimistic, positive Acquire mental support by having a loving family and maintaining strong social support, who will also take care of you when you're older Learn to relax and reduce stress related conditions (i.e. depression) OBJECTIVE 3: LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Plan: Acquire wealth in the long-run Acquire knowledge on aging and how to live a long life Complete at least the required education under the governmental system Stay concurrent with world news Read books and news relating to health/aging Learn how to be verified to the standards of the Guinness World Records OBJECTIVE 4: ACQUIRE EDUCATION
