Oklahoma State University Statewide Reverse Transfer Initiative Benefits for OSU students Complete College America partnerships with Oklahoma community colleges 2013-14 pilot 12 of the 14 Oklahoma community colleges participated 243 Associate’s Degrees awarded as a result of OSU reverse transfer 2014-15 initiative 12 of the 14 Oklahoma community colleges participated 104 Associate’s Degrees awarded as a result of OSU reverse transfer between September and June
