Alternative Stormwater Infrastructure Loan Program Liberty Town Center (Butler County) 65 acre development featuring office, residential, hotel, restaurant, retail & entertainment Green Infrastructure includes underground stormwater storage, water quality measures integrated into the base of public parking structures and use of permeable paving Total Project Cost: $312 million $13.7 million of green infrastructure 3,700 operational jobs expected to be created on-site
