5. I. Self-Satisfaction  Foundation Stone-Holy Dissatisfaction  Ministry Vision-The noticeable presence of the Lord in our lives.  Ministry Vision-The more people encounter Jesus in us the greater the likelihood that they will recognize the need within themselves.  I Peter 3:15

7. II. Meeting “Felt” Needs Foundation Principle-People need the Lord. Ministry Vision- “Felt” needs are the opportunity to find their need for the Lord met in Jesus. So every ministry effort must be fueled and directed with this purpose-to help people experience the Lord Jesus’ abundant life.

8. III. Lack of desire for more of Jesus.  Foundation Principle—The most critical issue believers face is this: “Do we hunger and thirst after righteousness?” Psalm 42:1  Nicodemus looked at Jesus and saw that he had something Nicodemus didn’t have. IV. Distractions from Jesus Christ.  Foundation Principle—Jesus draws needy people to himself.  Ministry Vision—Lift him up.

9. V. Pride of Life  Foundation Principle—We must be humble enough to seek Jesus.  Ministry Vision—Showcase the superiority of Jesus over the world. Matthew 5:3,6  Jesus knows our true need. He shows us that as we come to him. It is often not what we at first think it is.  We must teach that surrender is essential.

10. Those who experience the abundant life of being on the road with Jesus are those who know that they are completely helpless and absolutely hopeless.

11.  Ministry Vision—people must know that they don’t need additional stuff, even religious stuff. They need life, not information.  Life flows naturally. Obstacles to the flow must be removed. Locate the obstacles Risk removing them
