4. Intervention and Prevention... Pastor-Church Relations helps churches to deal with conflict by offering intervention and consultation as well as education and prevention.

5. Pastor-Church Relations helps congregations by –responding to conflicts –assisting in pastoral transitions –advising in the calling process –educating churches in preventing conflicts –and more

6. Pastor-Church Relations plays an active role in Sustaining Pastoral Excellence, a CRC program to encourage ongoing growth of pastors.

7. PCR employs four trained interim pastors who serve congregations in transition after a pastor leaves. Did You Know…?
