Language Following languages are supported English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Russian and on short notice Swedish, Danish, Vietnamese and Arabic

Preferences Preferences can be setup company wide or per individual control chart Local preference have a few more options than the overall options: You can set labels for subgroups You can select the charttype run chart If a local preference is set then a change in the overall preferences will not be stored in the local preference You can manage preferences by using a master chart and make local preference equal to the master chart. This option can be found under manage statistical preferences
