4. Big help for Chinese HEP community in planning our participations in ILC R&D activities. It will be a important milestone moment to announce the Costing of ILC tomorrow to the Press medium.

Personnel View NOW: RDR/DCR are public, will be finished soon, Critical issues are identified, such as cavity Production in machine side; PFA in physics/detector studies, etc. People asked what is the sign ILC will be built? Near Future:  Significant R&D fund needed to solve these problems in timely fashion.

Final Decision,  Governments make bidding to host ILC need inputs: scientific values (relating also to LHC findings); technical issues (EDR); costing (Overall costing/ sharing among governments) Likely to be an evolving process.
