4 Simona Kratochvilova October 2011 What is ADIT - Structure Students must pass three exams (or two exams and a thesis), held in June, in any order, to complete the designation Paper I – Principles od International Taxation Paper II – Demonstrate detailed knowledge of chosen option jurisdiction´s corporate tax regime regarding international corporate tax matters paper III – demonstrate awareness of key features of the corporate tax systém and information on international corporate tax in relation to the chosen jurisdiction Thesis (optional) – aleternative to either Paper II or Paper III. Topic on some aspect of international tax in relation to any tax jurisdiction

10 Simona Kratochvilova October 2011 How to register Exams are held in June of each year in over 200 locations in 140 countries around the world New candidates will need to register as a student before the end of February before the June exams Candidates will need to register for the exams before the end of February of each year, but is it recommended students register at least five months before the deadline

11 Simona Kratochvilova October 2011 COST 180 liber – registrační poplatek to the CIOT as issuing and administering authority. Expires after five years 140 liber – exam fee per exam. 420 liber for all three exams (350liber if all exams are sat during the same exam session) Does NOT include course fees, tuition or reading materialws Becoming an Affiliate of the CIOT /optional/ 250 liber – annual subscription
