URGENT CARE ON WHEELS WELLNESS CLASSES HOME VISITS FOR NEW MOMS HEALING PRESENCE IN OUR COMMUNITIES Healing Presence – Some examples are: Infant Mortality Task Force: developing a community plan with a goal of cutting Columbus’ infant mortality rate by nearly 40 percent MCHS Welcome Home Program: provides in home wellness visit for new moms and babies Moms2Be program provides prenatal classes and education to ensure healthy babies Free urgent healthcare through our traveling Outreach Mobile Coach Street medicine team provides healthcare to homeless persons living on the land Operation Joint Implant is the difference between a lifetime of disability and a return to work for someone who has no way to pay for the surgery they desperately need.
