1. System settings for e-tendering portal HTTPS://ISPRL.EPROC.IN

2. For e-tendering in ISPRL we have some primary need for running https://isprl.eproc.in/  Your OS Should be atleast Windows Xp service pack 3 or Windows 7,8.1.  Java version : - Java 7 update 51 or Java 8 update 25.  You Should use IE version at least 8 and above or Chrome and Firefox.  All java add-ons must be enable in your system.  Always use DSC Class III having Signing and Encryption both.

5. Security always should be at medium level

6. Click on edit site list for add https://isprl.eproc.in/

7. After click on edit site list you can add your site name https://isprl.eproc.in/

8. Click on advanced tab

9. In advanced tab check enable tracing, login and show console

10. Also in advanced tab check java icon in system tray in bottom side

11. After applying all these given options your java setting has been configured and now click on apply button and ok.  Now your system has configured regarding java settings.

12. Click on tools button for internet options.

13. Click on security tab and now we can see the options internet, local internet and trusted sites.. Security Should be low Also Pop Blocker should be disable

14. In security tab now we select the option internet and click on custom level. Security Should be low

15. After clicking on Custom setting we can see the new open tab of trusted sites zone.

16. To check your DSC certificate click on content tab than click on certificates. Click on certificate Check DSC should have ENC and SIGN both
