Diligence: Strategic Plan: 3Cs We are going to be diligent with: Common Language = Focus (Common Inst Framework serves as Teaching and Learning filter for practices and resources) Consistent Support (PLCs – Inst Sp provide planning support both vertically and horizontally) Continuous Growth (STAAR4Ward, Lead4Ward, State/Nat'l Assessments, etc)

Closure Activity Write two minutes – a commitment statement/thoughts/take-aways that you will be strategic about….common language from classroom to classroom….how will you continue to support/monitor……..how will you continue to grow/reinforce………
