(Germany/Austria-Hungary) There were few Armenian-Russians fighting against the Ottoman’s using it as a reason to exterminate the Armenian race. The Ottoman Empire was trying to spread the Muslim religion and the Armenians were CHRISTIANS. The Ottoman Empire also wanted Armenia’s natural barrier to Russia’s attacks. (Eastern Turkey belongs to Armenia). The able bodied men will be targeted.
