2. SMAW TREE DRAWING/SIGNATURE. CUT MATERIAL TO LENGTH DEPOSIT WELDS ON TRUNK (105-120). FORGE BRANCHES: 1. ROUND 2. TAPER 3. BEND. DEPOSIT WELDS ON BRANCHES (90-105). GRIND BRANCH ENDS TO PREPARE FOR WELDS. WELD BRANCHES TO TRUNK (120-135). CUT THE BASE WITH PATTERN CUTTER OR CUTTING TORCH. GRIND BOTTOM OF TRUNK TO PREPARE FOR WELD. WELD TRUNK TO BASE (120-135). WELD ROOTS TO BASE (105-120). CUT HOLE (OPTIONAL). FINISHING TOUCHES: FILING, WIRE BRUSH, INITIALS, PAINTING

3. Plasma Cutting Sculpture Drawing with dimensions. Instructor approval. Get metal and clean it. Layout with marker. Cut with plasma cutter. Chip off ALL slag using a hammer and chisel. Spot-weld, rivet, texture, etc. if needed. Finishing touches: filing, painting, initials, etc.

4. OAW Sculpture Drawing with dimensions, instructor approval. Get metal, cut to appropriate size. Drill, bend, shape, etc. Tack weld all pieces. If all is good, fill welds in. Finishing touches: grinding, filing, wire-brush, initials, paint, etc.
