6. Case Assignment When we login the Administrator interface successfully the open homepage is exactly the case assignment page. If there are any unassigned cases in the database, relevant information of the cases will be listed as a working list, then the administrator inputs the case amount, choose the classifier and submit, the chosen cases will be assigned to relevant classifiers systems.

7. Statistics of the case completion situation 1 Click hyperlink Completion 1 on the Navigation bar, then current page will jump to the statistic page of the case completion situation. The new open statistic page keeps record of case completion update from every classifier.

In this page, which year required for a statistical calculation on IPC reclassification assignment should be selected first, after being settled, the completed assignment list of the chosen year will be presented automatically.

10. User Management Click hyperlink Add user on the Navigation bar, then current page will jump to the so called create a new user page. In the user creating page, new user accounts and user names can be added into the database, the default password is 1234.

12. User uncompleted working list return to the user login interface, and enter user account and password. After login-in, you will see all the assigned but uncompleted case list at first. After input, the system will automatically save the new IPC into database once the cursor leaves the input box.

13. Case Processing Revision operation is available both in Uncompleted and completed case working lists. Click blank areas of the new IPC list directly, if the filled contents need to be revised, click the text directly. After the input box changing into editing status, the classifier is able to input the corresponding reclassified IPC. 14. Case Processing The system also has auto-verification function, if the input content is not a precise classification code. This input box will be marked as red, for the sake of notification.

16. Case Processing For certain reclassification cases, some specific IPC need to be deleted, under this condition, the only thing that a classifier needs to do is to input a capital D in the input box. System will consider this marked IPC will to be deleted by default.

17. User completed working list Click hyperlink Completed on the Navigation bar, then current page will jump to the completed working list page of the classifier. The completed working list page displays all the completed cases done by this classifier. 18. Uncompleted cases exporting Click hyperlink Export not completed on the Navigation bar, system will batch download the classifiers uncompleted cases in the form of Excel. The classifier can continue the possessing work offline.

19. Uncompleted cases importing Click hyperlink Import on the Navigation bar, system will enter the case importing page. Classifier can import the former Excel into system database via this page after the download cases are completed offline. 20. Completed cases exporting If there is any special requirement or unexpected situation, all the completed cases can be exported by clicking the hyperlink Export completed on the Navigation bar. Detailed operation is similar to the situation of uncompleted cases.

21. Reset the password You can always revise or redefine your password by click Reset Password at the top left corner no matter for the user interface or for the administrator interface. In operation: enter the old password and continually enter your new password for twice, click the button change and it will take effect.
