Learning Objectives Safe Schools: Staffing and Procedures At the end of this program, participants will be able to: 1.Understand best practices for creating new child care centers. 2.Understand the interaction between children and staff in a childcare center. 3.Explore how to incorporate the Reggio Emilia philosophy in the design of a new childcare center. 4.Apply the design strategies adopted to create a functional and optimal learning environment for childcare centers.
