Some types of exercise improve flexibility and muscle strength. Others use the large muscles in your body to build heart strength. Still others increase endurance. Exercises fall into three categories—aerobic, strength conditioning, and flexibility Different Types of Exercise

Cooperative Games Cooperative games emphasize participation, challenge and fun rather than defeating someone. Cooperative games emphasize play rather than competition.

Net Games Net games are activities that involve using a net. Examples- volleyball, soccer, basketball, hockey and fishing.

Goal refers to a method of scoring in many sports. It can also refer to the physical structure or area of the playing surface where scoring occurs. Examples- Football, field hockey, team handball, lacrosse, water polo and polo. Goal Games

Target Activities Activities involving aiming at a specific designated spot. Examples- Darts, bean bag toss, golf, archery and socci.
