How to make an MCS claim Stage One: Firstly you should ask yourself the following questions: 1)Is your nation more than 3 moths old? If yes proceed to the second question, if not reapply when your nation is. 2)Does your nation have a forum where at least one person posts on a weekly basis? If not get one and do so before claiming. If the answer to both of the above questions is yes, then you may continue to the next stage. Stage Two: Visit http://micras.org/ and click on “Maps” tab. Then click on “political map (Claims Version)”http://micras.org/ Stage Three: When the map comes up you should scroll through the map and look for a piece of land you like the look of, when this is done push the “Prt Sc” or Print Screen button on your keyboard when the desired land is within view. Then proceed to Microsoft Paint and click paste, this will bring up an image of the map in Paint. Stage Four: Using the “Select” tool select and copy the part of the image which contains the land you wish to claim. An example of the result is shown below. Stage Five: Click the “Brush” tool and select the smallest size of brush. Select the colour black and proceed to the next stage.
