Target profile  New materials purchased through Kinokuniya EXCLUDING: Reference Rush order Folio size Materials by/about single artist (Yale ’ s local practice) Multi-part monographs Serials Non-book English language Materials with matching full/core-level OCLC records  In Yale ’ s case, about 60% has copy in OCLC

4. Original & WINE upgrade  Within OCLC no-hit titles, Original 40% vs WINE upgrade 60% (Yale ’ s case) Specific guidelines for editing WINE records Enhance authorization issue  Using Online Save File

( “ RLIN libraries effect ” ) Try “ email file transfer ” for all records (not using online save file) With or without shelf-ready services?
