4. What is a Bundle? PeopleSoft delivers application software packages called “bundles” four times per year (quarterly). A bundle release contains four elements:  New software features  Capability enhancements  Fixes for known issues  Regulatory compliance items

5. Delivery Sequential application on an ongoing basis Implement new functionality to meet immediate needs Institutions no longer have to rely on costly, disruptive major upgrades CDM customers must be on the same software release All updates must be applied in sequential order Bundle 38 is a prerequisite for Bundle 39 Continuous Delivery Model (CDM)

6. Success Criteria/ Benefits  Campus Solutions will be up to date on releases, features, and enhanced capabilities  46 various software fixes corrected across the modules  Financial Aid will be within regulatory compliance  Campus Solutions will be ready for the application of Bundle 39

Assumptions  PeopleSoft will continue to deliver software updates each quarter  Enterprise Applications will continue to install the bundles  End users will participate in the Bundle install projects to ensure the software fixes and new capabilities meet LSC standards and business processes  Business owners will communicate changes to staff and constituents
