Best Reflection: Destiny “Salvation” is ambiguous because in the beginning Langston goes to church to see Jesus and become saved, but he ends up leaving with no belief in Jesus. It is thought provoking because it makes you think about how this young boy doesn’t need religion to live his life. He can find salvation in himself rather than in Jesus.
