Shouldn’t ignore the Bible since it claims to be the Word of God. But many reject and ignore the Bible. But I’m not interested in the opinion of the skeptic toward the Scriptures. 2

Many treat the Bible like a cafeteria: Mk. 16:16; Jer. 36:23 Many claim to accept Jesus but reject the Bible: Matt. 19:4-5; 23:25 Noah and the flood? Matt. 24:36-39 Moses? Jn. 7:19; 5:46 Jonah? Matt. 12:38-41 Daniel? Matt. 24:15 The Old Testament? Jesus accepted all of the Bible, not just part of it! Lk. 24:25-27, 44-46 5

God’s Word is the standard that will be used in judgment: Jn. 12:44-50 Many will say: “How did we know what to do?” God will reply: “You had my Word! And yet you rejected it!” Jn. 6:63, 68 8 Jesus and the Scriptures

Jesus thought and taught the Scriptures are: From God All True Sole Authority Relied Upon Will Judge 9 If you believe in Jesus you must believe in the Scriptures!
