RES CONFIRMATION / PRE-ARRIVAL COMMUNICATIONS NEW EMAIL TEMPLATE GUIDELINES & SUBMISSION PROCESS

© 2012 Hilton Worldwide Confidential and Proprietary Information regarding the transactional customization guidelines and submission process will be moved from the Focus HHonors site to the HHonors Creative Toolkit. Hilton domestic hotels will no longer need to manually enter content changes directly into the Sonar application. These updates will be centrally managed by the Direct Marketing team; therefore, Sonar logins for all properties will be disabled. With the new template refresh, character limitations and image sizes will change, so any assets submitted for transactional emails must be within the new template guidelines. © 2012 Hilton Worldwide Confidential and Proprietary New Customization Process Overview (high-level) All Hilton branded hotels (domestic & int’l) will utilize HHonors Creative Toolkit to begin their customization request. (accessible via OnQ Insider under the ‘Applications’ tab) Properties will fill out web form and enter their changes per the template guidelines. Upon submission, the request will automatically be routed to the brand rep for approval. Upon approval, Brand rep will submit submission form to Transactional_Communications Team inbox. Transactional Communications Team will enter content submitted, route for necessary approvals, test, and push to production. Once new content is live Transactional Communications team will test and notify brand rep who will then notify property. 3
