Outcomes: Comprehensive Bylaw Amendments adopted by both Partnership & CID Boards (Spring 2012) New meetings schedules/combined boards retreat plans in process Elimination of twelve standing committees – creation of four Advisory Councils (in process) Contract planning role/staff position
