Yolo County CASA CASA recruits and trains community volunteers who are appointed by the court to advocate for the best interests of children who have been abused or neglected and placed in the foster care system. www.yolocasa.org CASA serves youth from days old to age 21. Commonalities: 1) adverse childhood experiences 2) resilience building potential 3) youth
