LACROSSE PARENT MEETING Girls Practice First practice will begin in mid May Practices will primarily be held Monday – Wednesday May practices will be held at either Hidden Oaks or Twin Oaks June and July practices will be held at the Twin Oaks Girls field Please follow schedule closely for locations. Games Games will begin between mid June and mid July. Schedules will be provided to coaches from MSSLAX All field locations can be found on the MSSLax website at www.eteamz.com/msslax/index.cfm www.eteamz.com/msslax/index.cfm MSSLax link can be found on PLAY website Home games will be played at Twin Oaks Schedule will be posted on PLAY website

LACROSSE PARENT MEETING Boys Practices First practices will begin Monday, May 3rd Practices will primarily be held Monday – Thursday (Saturday practices are possible) May practices will be held at Hidden Oaks and June/July will be held at Twin Oaks Games Games begin the week of June 14th. Game schedules provided to coaches from YLM. All field locations can be found on the YLM website at www.youthlaxmn.org YLM link can be found on PLAY website. Home games will be played at Twin Oaks. Uniforms Any players that have not paid the uniform maintenance fee will be required to do so thru your team parent before uniform is handed out Evaluations May 22 & 23 rd Boys 5/6 and boys 7/8 levels

P.L.A.Y. LACROSSE PARENT MEETING Communication Website is the key to information Email – THIS WILL BE A KEY FORM OF COMMUNICATION. Please check your email often throughout the season. Update PLAY website with all email addresses Field Condition Hotline - 952-447-9825 Health Conditions – Allergies, physical impairments or limitation. Player has medications with them at all games/practices Other concerns see your coach at your first practice.

Attendance Expectations Games Please phone or email as soon as possible if player will not be able to attend a game Speak with coach if calling same day of game Inform coaches as soon as possible when going on vacation Avoid leaving a message Practices If you drop your player be aware of the weather PLAY uses a weather Hotline - field conditions 952-447-9825 All other Communication – Team Parent & Coaches
