16 Concessions  Every player is expected to donate 1 tangible item to be sold at the Concession Stand during home games  Item donation brought to SHS Concession Stand on Saturday 2/9 8am-10am  $5 cash donation to Debbie Wilson at Concession Table Concession donation is NOT part of Player Fee or Fundraising Goal  Pepsi products only

18  Every player’s is expected to have someone participate in 3 volunteer opportunities throughout the year (parent, sibling, grandparent, adult friend, etc.)  Credit has been given for the following volunteer opportunities:  Event Coordinator = 3  Team Coordinator = 3  Board Members = 3

19 Volunteer Opportunities  Credit will be given for the following volunteer opportunities:  Game Announcer G/B = 3  Field Maintenance G/B = 3  Team Photographers G/B = 3  Team Media Liaison G/B = 3  Stats Keeper G/B = 3 Continued…

20 Volunteer Opportunities  Credit will be given for the following volunteer opportunities:  Opening Game Committee = 1  Restaurant Night Committee = 1  Senior Night Committee = 1  District Championship Committee = 1  End of Season Committee = 1  Concessions = 1

21 Concession Volunteer Info  All Concession Volunteers should be available to volunteer as early as 5:30pm  Many games are changing start times to 6pm  Too early? Look for games with a 7pm start time  All Concessions will be sold in the Concession Stand  Shift will be approx 2 hours long  SHS is hosting Girls District Championships  Suggestion to work opposite player team game  Girl P work at Boy games / Boy P work Girl games
