In the site preferences you would also be able to sort on this field (ASC and DESC).

18 1.Could we have the possibility to add links in the contact page (for links to contact page of CFMU, CEATS,... for example). Now you have to use an image to create the link. 2.When a contact does NOT have an organisation or a function, the output template shows a empty coloured row with just a dash. Not very elegant. Is it possible to remove the row when it is empty. Review of change proposals on Contact template
19
19 3.With modern communication technology, web visitors tend to expect a feedback form in addition to an e-mail address. Could we add an optional standard simple feedback form to the contact page. This will most probably foster communication from our website. Review of change proposals on Contact template
20
20 4.Bold and italic should be available in every field which is by default in normal font style. In particular in the text of the Category. 5.When an email address is long, it is touching the function text box. Can we have a least a few pixels between the two. (See attached image ) Review of change proposals on Contact template
21
21 6.It would be useful if we could put a "Introduction" contact field just after the introduction text and before the actual categories. This would be handy when an activity has a generic contact to be listed before the team members. Review of change proposals on Contact template
22
22 Other change proposals and process changes 1.Can we get an increase in the number of content blocks on a standard page? Alternatively, could we have an extended standard page template which would allow 30 or more content blocks?
23
23 Other change proposals and process changes 2.In the SRC system, there is no distinction between Internal and External Code, there is just one Document Reference or Identifier (e.g. ESARR 2, EAM 2/GUI 4). Displaying either Internal or External Code in a Library list is therefore confusing. Could it be changed to accommodate a field simply called "Document Reference" or "Document Identifier"? We see three options: - Add a second free label - Make the labels user definable - Change the label to "Document Reference" or "Document Identifier"
24
24 Other change proposals and process changes 3.We received a complaint on the text size of the web pages. Can we change the CSS so people can enlarge the text using the Internet Explorer option (view - text size). With the ORBITe re-engineering we could take it a step further and implement an A A A tool, which is also used by EEC (http://www-local.eurocontrol.fr/).http://www-local.eurocontrol.fr/). 4.NEWS template When introducing carriage returns in the text, they are not visible on the "homepage".

25 Tips & Tricks Removing deleted pages from Google results If you removed a page from your website, but it still seems to be in the Google search results, you can manually remove it using this Google tool: http://services.google.com/urlconsole/controller First enter your EUROCONTROL email address and a password (for you to choose) in the fields on the left of the page. You should almost immediately receive an email (from Googlebot) from which you can activate your account by clicking the link.
26
26 Tips & Tricks Removing deleted pages from Google results After this you can login to the tool using the box on the right of the page Once logged in use the third link called Remove an outdated link.Remove an outdated link. Enter the URL of the deleted page. Select anything associated with this URL They obviously will only accept your request if the page no longer exists on the web! It takes 1-5 business days to be removed.
