3.  Training ◦ National Leagues Teams  Practices are 4 to 5 times/week  Practices are 1.5 to 2.0 hours long  Morning practices  Additional Dry Land Training  Monthly Schedule should be a set schedule  Sport Psychologist and Nutritionist (in discussion)  Referee Clinic (planned)  Attendance taken for all practices

6.  Team Sponsorship/Fundraising ◦ You are encouraged to organize and participate ◦ Team Sponsorship would help fund the whole team  Must follow WPC and WPQ restrictions/guidelines  Must be approved by DDO Water Polo ◦ Fundraising helps the individual player  Helps fund the participants  Based upon the families contribution  Paid directly into the player’s account

7.  Costs ◦ Costs based upon best knowledge at the time  No schedule from WPC  No League Participants At Time  Based upon 13 player roster  Responsible for 1 referee ◦ Some costs are to be borne by all participants ◦ Some costs have flexibility  But still come with a commitment cost  Team needs to stand behind commitment ◦ Modelled as Worst Case Scenario
