Log in to your association’s account at https://officials.fhsaa.org https://officials.fhsaa.org Choose “Games Report” in the left side menu. Select the Sport from the drop down menu. Choose a “Row Count” of “100” for more officials to be listed on a single page. Click on “SEARCH” Florida High School Athletic Association

Your Primary Officials will be listed to enter the regular season Varsity and JV Games and Training Meetings attended. Secondary Officials information needs to be emailed to Jana Horton at officials@fhsaa.org.officials@fhsaa.org If all data is entered, click on “Save and Submit.” If not completed, click on “Save Changes” until you can complete. To check if submitted, follow same steps but click on “Get Report” instead of “Search.” Florida High School Athletic Association

Distribution of Materials (rules books, guidebooks. etc.) go to your Primary Officials. To check their status, see their listing as Primary or Secondary on your current Muster Report Secondary Members should receive their materials from their Primary association. An official who registers with the FHSAA and who, during the same school year, is unable to continue to work as a contest official must cancel that registration in writing to the FHSAA Office, preferably before the sport specific rules examination deadline, to avoid fines.
