8 THE POTENTIALS OF THE STRATEGY l Creation of a more direct - i.e. a more effective - road to an ATM Network geared to the future capacity & safety demands; l Recipe for a more effective use of the available resources.

9 FROM STRATEGY TO REALITY l In accordance with the Strategys and the sub- strategies lines of action and applying the supporting operational concept, the Strategy will be converted into action plans; l The action plans will be converted into ECAC-wide, regional or local programmes/projects. The conversion and application of these activities will take place in accordance with the management processes prescribed in the Strategy.
