Mai 2004eLearning Programme / Call 20044 e - education European youth into the digital age http://europa.eu.int/information_society/eeurope/2002/action_plan/eeducation/index_en.htm Every European citizen should be equipped with the skills needed to live and work in the information society. eEurope proposes to connect all schools to the Internet, to adapt school curricula and to train teachers to use digital technologies. In order to ensure that these objectives are met, on March 28, 2001, the European Commission adopted the Action plan.
