2 Co-Parenting Background Extension has offered co-parenting classes for over 20 years New Curriculum: Co-Parenting for Resilience November 1 st : Statewide Mandate Extension wants to provide statewide coverage

3 Secretary Role Front Lines: Phone and Visitors Know if your county offers the program Have basic understanding of what the program offers participants Registration Process Understand how the registration process works Be able to communicate process to potential participants

4 Registration Materials In order to be registered for a class, participants must submit ALL of the following: Registration Form Time 1 Survey or verification form Payment for Class

5 Two Ways to Register Online Go to: http://co-parenting.okstate.eduReview the online calendar and select a class to attend.Print and fill out the registration form. Click the link to fill out online survey. Print verification form at the end. Send the following materials to the county extension office providing the class: check/money order for the class fee, registration form, survey verification form. Extension Office Participant contacts county extension office to get information about co-parenting classes. Extension office asks participant to come in to get a Co- Parenting Packet, or office can choose to send packet in mail. Packet includes: upcoming class dates, registration form, and survey for participant to complete Participant fills out the registration form and completes the survey. Participant chooses to send in or drop off the following materials at the extension office providing the class: check/money order for the class fee, registration form and survey.

7 Online Registration Review the online calendar and select a class to attend.

8 Online Registration Print and fill out the registration form.

9 Online Registration Click the link to fill out the online survey. Print Verification form at the end.

11 Extension Office Registration Participant contacts county extension office to get information about co-parenting classes. Does this county offer classes? When are classes offered? How much are the classes? How do I register for a class?

12 Extension Office Registration Extension office asks participant to come in to get a Co-Parenting Packet, or office can choose to send packet in mail. Packet includes: Upcoming Class Dates (brochure) Registration Form Survey

13 Extension Office Registration Participant fills out the registration form and completes the survey. Participant chooses to send in or drop off the following materials at the extension office providing the class: Registration Form Survey Payment

14 Follow Up Calls 4 Days Before Class Call participants who have not turned in all materials Day of Class Call to confirm class and that participant will be attending
