A. Bingeing- uncontrollable consumption of very large amounts of food. For example, a binge might involve consuming all of the following in a very rapid amount of time (and in private): a. a whole box of cookies b. 2 liter bottle of soda c. gallon of ice cream d. large bag of chips

For example: A. Vomiting B. Laxatives C. Diuretics D. Enemas E. Excessive exercise/fasting

A. Once they start vomiting, it becomes hard to keep anything down. B. Glands in the throat can swell. C. Stomach acids brought back up can burn the esophagus. D. Stomach acids can damage tooth enamel. E. Can cause a loss of minerals and fluids. F. Can cause liver and heart damage.

Focused on exercise as a way to purge. Exercise for several hours everyday. Dangers: Fatigue Reproductive problems Depression Anxiety Weakened bones/osteoporosis
