4. 4 Efficiency Initiative A project has recently been launched to define efficiency targets for the Agencys new Directorates, CND, CFMU, CRCO and DR. This is an internal initiative aiming at reducing the annual budgets below the targets set by the financial parameters. The initiative will cover the period from now until the end of 2012.

5. 5 Next Step First results will be reported to PC/30 (November 2008).
