5. 5 1. Tools Preparation Nipper / Cross screwdriver / Soldering iron /Filmy plastic card/Multimeter

6. 6 2. Battery Cover and Front Cover disassembly Disassembly Instruction: Remove battery cover as below picture 1. Remove 2pcs rubber stopper and 6pcs screw by nipper as below picture2. then remove front cover by hand, please refer to the below picture 3 and picture 4. Picture 1 Picture 2

8. 8 Disassembly Instruction: Pull main board in rear cover by nipper. Please attend between LCD speaker and rear cover as below picture 5 and 6. 9. 9 Disassembly Instruction: Remove LCM in main board by nipper, then dilacerate insulated Mylar of LCM by hand. And then take up the LCM and camera by soldering iron as below picture 7. 10. 10 Disassembly Instruction: Remove speaker in main board by nipper( please refer to below red circle on the picture 8), then take down speaker of cable in main board by soldering iron, And then take up the camera by soldering iron as below picture 8. 12. 12 Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Trouble shooting for Repair and Test 1. Display Abnormal (display back/white display disorder etc) a. Upgrading software b. LCM whether break, and FPC whether rupture. c. Re-soldering connection of FPC cable d. Replace a new LCM and to do double test. e. Measure LCM connection by multi-meter as below picture 9. f. 13. 13 No ring tone and Receiver no tone 3. No ring tone and Receiver no tone 1)No ring tone a. Check speaker SMT issue, and re-soldering. b. If cable OK, need to replace a new speaker. c. Check component of speaker circuit on main board as below picture 10. d. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 2) Receiver no tone a. Check whether touch ok between receiver connections PIN and PAD of main board, we can adjust PIN of receiver to confirm. b. Replace a new receiver and to do double test. c. Check component of receiver circuit on main board as below picture 11. d. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 14. 14 4. No receiver and No vibrator 1)No vibrator a. Check whether touch ok between vibrator and main board. b. Replace a new vibrator and to do double test. c. Check component of vibrator circuit on main board as below picture 12. D. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 2)No receiver a. Check MIC SMT issue and re-soldering. b. Replace a new MIC and to do double test. c. Check component of MIC circuit on main board as below picture 13. d. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. 15. 15 5. No Signal or Weak a. Check shrapnel of antenna weather touch ok with main board, if cant please re-fix. b. please measure signal receiver circuit between SA100 and W100 by multimeter as below picture 14. c. If cant repair yet, please refer to level 3 repair manual. Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Picture 14

16. 16 6. Camera failed (Display abnormal Display distortion) a. Clear camera lens and re-soldering the camera connector. b. Replace a new camera. c. Check below location of picture 15 component whether OK. d. If can t repair yet,please refer to level 3 repair manual. Trouble shooting for Repair and Test Picture 15

17. 17 7. Keypad Failed (No respond No function) a. Check keypad DOME for one keypad abnormal or clean the keypad. b. Check connector of keypad as below picture 16 ( Red circle) for one line keypad abnormal. c. Replace a new keypad. c. If cant repair yet. Please refer to level 3 repair manual.
