PRODUCT AND STEPS TO BEGIN  Facilitator  Volunteer with an Animal Rescue Group or Humane Society  Prepare an area in my house to keep animals  Complete any training needed  Take in strays until they are well so they can be adopted  Prepare a visual presentation of my journey with each of the fosters and my responsibilities

3. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE  Very little experience except for being a pet owner  Have assisted in some pet adoptions CHALLENGE  Never cared for sick animals  Ensure they receive lots of attention  Larger responsibility that is all mine (not my parents

4. COSTS, LENGTH OF PROJECT, AND LOCATION  I don’t expect many costs if at all. - possible for pet food and cat litter - hope to coordinate with the organization for supplies  I hope to continue this all year long  Use of my parent’s house and at the organization’s facility

5. FACILITATOR  Currently do not have one, but hope to ask someone at the organization where I will volunteer  This person should either be a Veterinarian, Veterinarian Technician, or someone who already fosters animals.

6. WHAT WILL I LEARN?  Whether I really want to work with animals as a career. PRESENTING  The steps to complete my project – PowerPoint or Prezi  Visuals of the animals I’ll foster: pictures/videos  The specific responsibilities of fostering
