1. Start a long way out - as once you start driving you will come within easier passing distance

2. The 1 st player releases the ball to draw the defender. At the same time the 2 nd player starts moving

3. The 3 rd player starts moving as the 1 st player releases the ball

4. Each player releases the ball as soon as a defender has committed to them (point of no return)

6. As the ball moves around the ‘star’ the 1 st & 2 nd players should be thinking about coming back out to cover

7. The final player should be in a 1 on 1 shooting position with the goalie
