This form ensures that people giving a joint gift are counted together. Please Note: a spouse does not have to work at a State agency for their gift to be a considered joint gift.

But when you realize that by donating: A.you can really help the number of people who have some incredibly tough problems to face, and B.you can help with a donation that could be taken from your paycheck throughout an entire year, a few dollars a week may become more affordable.
