9 RAFTA- AGM Committee Restructuring Recognized need to align with BTA structure Current Coaching Development & Base Support posts do not match BTA roles Proposed new posts as follows:  RAFTA Development Officer  RAFTA Race Director Base Support Representatives now become Regional Development Officers

10 RAFTA AGM- Development Officer Communicate with BTA Development Officer Co-ordinate Regional Representatives Provide RAFTA coaching framework  5 Year Coaching plan Provide station club development structure RAFTA Team Performance Direction  RAFTA Performance Plan  Liaise with Team Manager Co-ordinate International, National and Regional Training events

11 RAFTA AGM- 5 Year Coaching Plan Financial Provision Develop coaching pyramid RAFTA Coach Identification Arrange BTA Level 1 and 2 and Level 3 courses Development of RAFTA coaches  Support Station Club coaches  Mentoring links through TAGs  BTA/ RAFTA Regional Coaching Conferences

12 Station Club – Running at least one training session a week. Regional Camp – Running quarterly training sessions, linked to regional committee training events All station clubs will have at least one Level 1 Coach and Level 1 Referee Level 2 Coach delivering training sessions in conjunction with Regional Committee Level 3 Coaches National Squad – One to one coach support Level 3 Coach – One located in the North and South All Station Clubs to attend County Triathlon Action Groups (TAG’s) Regional Coach to attend all Regional Committee meetings Coaches to attend British Triathlon National Coaching Conference
