2  In your packet is a draft of the itinerary; please note that it is subject to change.  Students need to arrive at the Lakeside gym at 5:45 a.m. on Monday, May 19.  Our departure time is 6:45 a.m.; we cannot wait for late arrivals.  We should arrive back at the Lakeside gym by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21.  The arrival time is an approximation and may change; as we get closer to home, your child will call!

3  The total cost of the trip is $330.00. This includes a T-shirt and a class picture.  Payment schedule: ◦ $130 due Tuesday, November 5, 2013, along with the signed behavior contract. However, if the final payment is not made by April 11, your student may lose his/her place.

4 Any 8 th grader who incurs the following infractions will NOT be eligible to attend:  four days of ISS during the school year.  any discipline infraction that results in OSS during the school year.  Failure of two or more classes. ◦ We perform a grade check on April 18, and any student failing two or more subjects will be given until May 2, to complete the necessary recovery work for grade improvement. A final determination will be made on May 9, 2014.  If a student loses his/her place on the trip, the $130 deposit will not be refunded.
