13 IMPROVEMENT OF INSTRUCTION NATIONAL URBAN ALLIANCE (NUA) Provided the Framework to Improve the Instructional Capacity of Teachers Cohort Training – 10 teachers per year for five years. Each cohort received intensive training Deepened and Reinforced the NUA Training at Faculty Meetings.
