Program Overview GOBIERNO DE CHILE On 29 July 2008 TAFE Directors Australia and the Government of Chile entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide support for up to 400 vocational students from Chile to study English and vocational programs within TDA member institutes. The Chilean Government has created the Bicentennial Fund to improve the quality of tertiary and skills education. The program will emphasize Chile’s needsto strengthen human capital development and improve the scope and quality of vocational education and training
