OTREC Spotlight Partner: ODOT OTRECs primary research partner is the Oregon Department of Transportation. This is reflected in the number of projects and financial support granted to ODOT priorities and initiatives. The following provides a brief progress-to-date overview of this sizable OTREC- ODOT partnership.
