Goals of Redesign Standardize all course outcomes, objectives, and requirements Improve technology usage among faculty Increase use of active learning techniques Use a phase in process

Initial Planning Introduction to Psychology 3 rd highest enrollment of all courses offered on campus (14 sections annually) High percentage of sections taught by adjuncts Full administrative support Faculty consensus lacking…
