To identify user goals and objectives To create a checklist and a rationale for future design decisions Assignment: Use the preliminary research that you gathered while writing your creative brief to create three detailed user scenarios. Each user scenario should include the following: User Profile Name, age, gender, location, education, family, hobbies, occupation, income, work hours, disabilities, computer details (pc or mac, screen resolution, internet connection speed), tech skill level User Daily Schedule A detailed day-in-the-life of the user Focus on the details that relate to the client site/business, noting where, when, and how he/she accesses the web throughout the day Site Interaction Episode A very detailed, goal oriented description of how the user goes to the client site. What is he/she looking for? How does the user look for it? (search, browse, bookmark, etc.) Does the user find it? What frustrates him or her? Format: Microsoft word document (.doc).
