Model Four main sections – Start here – Delivery model – Work placements – Learner destinations Each section has a set of categories or variables Each category has a set of statements Vulnerable and excluded groups are dealt with as a dimension

How to use the tool Staff can self-assess current practices in Traineeships Contextualised links to resources to aid understanding of good practice Staff can identify gaps, record evidence and monitor progress Generate a report and action plan Work in groups

Eligibility App... a mobile app for Apple iOS and Android devices To be used by prospective trainees The Traineeship Eligibility app – provide a simple way for someone to decide if they are eligible for a traineeship – be targeted at potential trainees to help them ascertain their eligibility for a traineeship – take into account several factors – link to useful next steps, even if not eligible
