Moderation “And thus We have made you a well balanced and just nation)” [2:143] "But seek, with the (wealth) which God has bestowed on you, the Home of the Hereafter, but don not forget your portion in this world” [28:77]

Body and Spirit “He Who has excelled in every thing He created most good: and He began the creation of man with (nothing more than) clay,”[32:7] "When I have fashioned him (in the best way) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down in obeisance to him.“ [15:29]
