Progress Management Project status at the beginning of Year 2 –WPs 0, 2, 3, 4 on target –WPs 1, 5 & 6 delayed – staffing issues Staffing issues resolved: –WP1 back on schedule March 2009 –Revised deadlines agreed - WPs 5 & 6 Year 2: –Project “has achieved most of its objectives and technical goals for the period with relatively minor deviations”

Communication Action Plan Reviewed by Project Coordinator, June 2009 –no changes required Further review now required: –As part of WP6: ‘coordinated programme of awareness, training, promotion and support’ –Structured plan: bring people & organisations to website

Electronic Submission of Form C ECAS system All partners submit own Form C (normally finance people) Less error-prone: –automatic calculations from raw data –avoids UNIMAN making copying errors! Signed & stamped paper Form Cs to be submitted as well

Electronic Submission of Form C Draft electronic Form Cs can be amended by partner until cut-off date UNIMAN can ‘reject’ partners’ electronic Form Cs UNIMAN submits all electronic Form Cs to EC together NB New system for UNIMAN as well!

Electronic Submission of Form C Access rights for partners: –DECIDE who needs access (normally Finance people) –NOTIFY Gillian of who needs access –Gillian will contact them to explain the procedure: They have to APPLY ON-LINE for access UNIMAN grants access ftp://ftp.cordis.europa.eu/pub/fp7/docs/presentation-force_en.pdf
