When to Report As soon as possible after the event Preferably weekly Official Deadline – the 10 th of the following month

Helpful Tips Report major program activities as soon as possible. Create a date & time on your calendar to update GaCounts. Take advantage of summary reports. Use a program sign in sheet, office communication log, calendar and other tools. Negotiate who will enter report and add collaborators before the event begins. GaCounts 3.0 help page & gacounts@uga.edu

You are reporting your DPA. Do you select your county or the county of the event? Raise your hand when you find the answer.

Impersonation Permission If you are not entering your information directly, you need to give impersonation permission to the person entering your data. Preferences Manage Impersonation Permissions Add Permissions

Collaborators Adding After successfully submitting a report, click on edit (located next to Collaborators). Then choose the collaborator from the 'Add a Collaborator' drop down. After name is selected hit submit changes and the collaborator will be entered. Who With... Agents FACS State Faculty What about CAES State Faculty?

Media Produced The method to record the development of educational materials. If you select this report type, you will be asked to include citation text that identifies your role in developing this material. If you produced and distributed materials, please select both report types.
