New Business 7 th -12 th Grade Reading Center –Selection of non-fiction and fiction coded with “Young Adult” yellow sticker. –Goal is to get students to get into a habit of checking out books/magazines. –Lower school students will not be permitted to peruse or checkout anything from this special rack of materials. –Yes, magazines may go home for a 24-hour period.

5. Upper School Reading Club Planning stages – Your input is welcomed! Meet once a month in the library at lunch time Lunch or snacks will be served Students must be “enrolled” as members Passes will be provided from the library

6. New Business Teacher resources: –Literature lesson plans –Teaching guides –Worksheets for special events Maps, puzzles, patterns, etc. –Lead resource materials shelf –Parent/teacher shelf
